This spacious four-bedroom villa was built as a family holiday home in 2002 and is equipped to a high level.

The villa is located in Pissouri Bay on the South Coast of Cyprus and benefits from an elevated position overlooking the bay but within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

There is a large terrace and sundeck and adjacent gardens that blend into the hillside.

Above the villa, the Pissouri countryside offers access to walking opportunities for wildlife, bird-watching and enjoyment of this wonderful part of Cyprus.

The villa has 4  bedrooms, 2 bath / shower rooms and a downstairs WC. There is a large open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area making up almost all of the ground floor. This room was purpose designed with sliding glass windows to provide a light airy room for use when you need to get out of the sun.

Villa features and facilities

The house was designed as a family holiday home and has therefore been equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment to make a family stay as stress free as possible. 

The villa is equipped with wireless broadband internet, there is a flat screen TV with satellite and internet TV, a DVD and video player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, food processor and a large fridge freezer with ice-maker.

Outside there are sun-loungers, tables and chairs, a quiet shaded area for hot days, BBQ and of course the swimming pool.
